Paul draws near to the end of his letter to the Romans and as he does so, he reveals his heart’s desire for them as a church - that they may know the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ to be with them. We explore what is meant by ‘the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ’ and see that in general terms it means everything good that we experience in this world. Looking in more detail, we review some of the major temporal and spiritual blessings that we have in Christ and we see that they all come to us contrary to what we deserve and are therefore gifts entirely of His grace. We are encouraged to have the same heart as Paul and to seek this grace for one another and for ourselves.
