We may not think of discipline as a blessing, but our passage shows us that it is. The Lord can use it to guide us when we choose to go down the wrong path, but He uses it to bring other blessings as well.
We consider three things:
- What discipline is,
- Why God disciplines, and
- What we should do when we are disciplined.
We are challenged to be thankful that God is willing to help us by applying His fatherly discipline.
