We consider that in the real world, we all face afflictions. For the Christian, God will be with us in those afflictions; for others, they have nowhere to turn, and their evil will slay them.

We are encouraged to bless God for his presence in our lives, and witness to those who are not saved so they may taste and see that He is good.
