In our series on the Shorter Catechism, we review the great blessings awaiting those who are the Lord’s when they arrive in glory. We see that we have been delivered from the fiery wrath of God and have come instead to a place where we are adopted as His children and live in the heavenly Jerusalem. We revel in the thought of being freed from sin at death and instantly with the Lord. We see how it is that the Lord has turned death from an enemy into a friend and a doorway through which we enter Heaven.

Finally, we consider some reasons why believers may sometimes fear death and see what the answer is to those fears.
