After defending themselves before the Jewish Council, Peter and John return to the rest of the Apostles to report what had taken place. We explore:
- The report of Peter and John to the other Apostles
- The resulting prayer of the church
- God’s answer to the prayers of the church.
From the actions of Peter and John, we are encouraged to be bold in sharing the Word, since we have the same Sovereign Lord on our side, who is working out the plans He made from all eternity. No one will stop Him from accomplishing His purposes and we should take the same confidence in this that the early church did.

Shaun has been Pastor at Grace Church in Modesto since late 1993. His journey to the fellowship took him through churches of various persuasions, during which time he became convinced of a call to the ministry and also of a Reformed view of the Scriptures.
