Why did Judas follow Jesus? Why do people follow Him today? Why would God allow someone like Judas to be one of Christ’s disciples?

In today’s sermon we examine all of these questions in detail. We see that Judas followed Jesus, and later betrayed Him, for his own material gain. Many professing Christians today follow Him for this same reason. We are reminded that Love for Jesus Himself is the only real reason anyone should follow Him. Lastly, we see why God allowed Judas to be so close to Jesus. We see that God had ordained that Judas’ sin would be used to accomplish His plan of saving His people.
