Joseph interprets Pharaoh’s dream and is raised to the second in command of Egypt . We see again that God’s hand was at work in the whole of Joseph’s life to bring him to this position. In all the the difficulties that he faced, Joseph never blamed God but patiently waited for the fulfillment of the dreams that God had given him when he was still in the land of promise.

The comfort for us in this account is that God has not changed, and that He is still working all things together for the good of those that love Him. Like Joseph, we too should remain patient and wait for God’s timing, which is always perfect.
