As we conclude our series on the Promises of God, we ask how it is that we can know we will receive the things God has promised to His people. If receiving them depended on us, we could not know; there would always be the possibility that we might not serve Him well enough to inherit them. But as it depends on Him, we can be certain: God will fulfill His promises because He is faithful. And He is faithful because He cannot lie, He cannot repent, He is absolutely righteous, and He cannot change.

If you want to know for certain that these promises are yours, make sure that you are trusting Jesus, turning from your sins, and walking with God in holiness.
