Jesus feeds four thousand people with seven loaves of bread and a few small fish. It’s very similar to the feeding of the five thousand, but there is an important difference: the first time, the disciples really didn’t know what Jesus was capable of and now that they were aware of that, it didn’t seem to make any difference.

We need to remember that the Lord is capable of great things, and look to Him to do them. As William Carey said, “Expect great things from God; attempt great things for God!”

If you’re not a Christian, look to Him for great things as well - don’t forget that He is able to give sight to the blind, hearing to the deaf, and life to the dead. He will raise you and save you if you look to Him.
